Azurina: What helps you the most in coping with isolation
SR: Yoga, Cooking, Being in constant touch with my family and my immediate group of friends, Taking the "one day at a time" approach

SR: Sleeping in, Afternoon naps, Lots of skin and haircare

SR: Sanitise the vegetables!

Azurina: What led you into healthy eating/ cooking
SR: I've always been partial to eating healthy, but I started getting more serious about it after my son was born - I wanted to make sure he ate good, healthy, wholesome food. To increase my knowledge on the subject, I then studied nutrition.

Azurina: How did you end up working with Fresh Pressery?
SR: Fresh Pressery Juices is my best friends' venture in Bangalore. As I also have a huge interest in healthy eating, we decided to start a Chennai location. It was a huge hit! People love that it's healthy AND delicious. There are a lot of replacement options now for white flour, white bread, etc. So with a bit of creativity, we are able to take traditional guilty pleasure foods and make them healthy while retaining their tate. Ex: Our keto chocolate cake.

Azurina: Could you share a few healthy eating tips during this lockdown? So many of us are binge eating out of stress and boredom.
SR: I would recommend taking this down time to experiment in the kitchen. It can be a whole family activity - trying new healthy recipes, experimenting with new flavors/ ingredients. When the whole family is engaged in healthy cooking, they're also more likely to eat healthy.

Azurina: I know everything on your menu is delicious. But what is your favorite thing on your menu
SR: The super food pesto pasta! Undoubtedly! The pesto is made with kale. That's what puts the "super" in it.

SR: Never have I enjoyed watching this much television!!
