Meet Menaka Seetharaman
Menaka is a beautiful inspiration and a solace. She's multi-faceted, multi-talented, and helps people deal with the stresses of daily life. Below is a snapshot of her interesting life.
Menaka is actually an incredibly talented HR specialist with over 19 years' experience in the field. In 2013, she decided to take a break from the corporate world. She traveled, got fit, and pursed other interests like travel and painting. She started practicing yoga in 2014, which transformed her life physically and mentally. In 2015, she got certified as a yoga teacher.
Additionally, she is also a certified pyschotherapist!
Menaka now has clients all over the world. She provides guided online pranayama & relaxation classes, as well as therapy sessions to help individuals deal with stress and uncertainty.
She's also been an Azurina girl since 2010! :)
We asked her for a quick tip on how to deal with acute stress. Here's what she had to say:
"Any time you feel stressed, close your eyes and place one hand on your abdomen. Take 5 to 10 deep breaths. Automatically, you will notice a difference."
Asked of her favorite ritual, she replied "Bhramari Pranayama"
