EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that you would like to exchange a product:
- Please contact us within 7 days of taking delivery, and inform us that you would like to do an exchange (Whattsapp: +91 95000 95935 OR email: esales@azurefashion.com)
- We will arrange a reverse pick up (please note that in some instances, due to unavailability from the logistics company, a reverse pick up service may not be available; in these instances, you will have to send the item back yourself)
- Please make sure the clothes are unworn and that the tags are still on the garments
- You can request a credit code of equivaluent value with 6 month validity or a replacement item (same style or different style)
- Please note that:
- We cannot guarantee that the item desired is available at all times
- Only one exchange per order is permitted
- No exchanges permitted on orders that utilize a credit (or discount) code
- We do not do refunds
DAMAGED ITEMS
Each item is inspected prior to shipping. In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange a reverse pickup and replace the garment. The garment will have to be sent back to us with all tags still on and unworn. Absolutely no item will be replaced under the claim of damage if reported to us post the 24 hour period.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS/ EXCHANGES ON THE FOLLOWING:
- Custom made items
- Altered items
- Items altered at a 3rd party location
- Any SALE or discount item
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or prior to shipping (whichever comes earlier). In order to cancel, please send us an email to us at email address: esales@azurefashion.com with subject line: "CANCEL ORDER <order number>"
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
