Kodi Flowers

Our artist filled the "Kodi Flowers" print with illustrations of flowers commonly found in the hillstation of Kodaikanal (in South India).  Hydrangeas, Red Hot Pokers, Agapanthas, and even the leaves of the ubiquitous Eucalyptus tree. 

Cool, mountainous Kodaikanal is a favorite summer respite for people who live in the hotter plains of South India.  It's affectionately known as "Kodi".  Hence: "Kodi Flowers"

Our founder has a particularly soft corner for Kodi as she went to school there.. this is one of her favorite prints.
